All consultancy and registration fees paid to Star Education Consultant are generally non-refundable once the counseling or admission guidance process has started

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund within the expected timeframe (7 to 10 working days):

First, check your bank account statement or contact your bank, as processing times may vary between financial institutions.

Next, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before a refund is officially reflected on your statement.
